Fees for international students from outside the EU, including for citizens of Ukraine, are not set or regulated by the Irish government. Fees vary widely depending on the course, level of study and duration of the program. The cost of the undergraduate course: from 9900 to 55000 euros/year.

Undergraduate fees are paid annually or per semester. Ireland inherited its higher education system from Great Britain when it gained independence in 1922. Today, there are a little over a dozen universities in Ireland.

What certificate is required
An Irish Leaving Certificate Examination or International Baccalaureate (IB) is usually required to apply for admission. If you do not have any of these qualifications, you will need to check that your educational qualification is sufficient for entry. You will also need to provide evidence of your English ability if you are not from an English-speaking country. An IELTS certificate is usually sufficient.
